Victory Gardens in Culpeper

November 17, 2008

James Clements has a great column in today’s Culpeper Star-Exponent. Obviously I get the inside scoop on what people are doing in their backyards, and I’m seeing more people than ever trying to squeeze food-producing plants into whatever sunny spaces they have.  Is it trendy, or is it a movement?

Thanks for the link–neat article. I hope it’s a movement, it would be nice to see space being used for food. Especially some of the endangered heirlooms.

Thank you for the link. To answer your question, I hope it’s a movement, but will settle for trendy if that gets more people started.
